From May 15 to August 31, teens ages 14 to 19 can work out totally free -- “no catches, no commitments.”

Even though it's just for the use of the basic equipment and any free fitness classes offered through the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, it's a pretty sweet summer deal.

Sign up with a parent or legal guardian either online or in-club.

Once the waiver is signed, they don’t have to be accompanied at the gym by their parent, they can work out alone. Students 18 or 19 years of age do not need parental consent to sign up.

Whichever location you sign up at will be the only location you’ll be allowed to work out in. There are no time restrictions for High School Summer Pass participants. Teens can workout any time their home club is open.

Plus, teens who sign up can submit a video at the program's conclusion for a chance to win a $10,000 scholarship.
