Surveillance video captured a man stealing a woman's concert tickets, and Crime Stoppers of El Paso wants your help in finding him.
The snatch and run happened on March 15 at the woman’s place of employment in the 2000 block of Lee Trevino. The suspect had agreed to buy the tickets from the victim prior to him dropping by her job. In the video, he feigns handing her the money as she holds the tickets in front of him, then quickly pulls the money away while simultaneously grabbing her tickets and then running off.
