If you recall, Sandy denied this week she's dating RYAN REYNOLDS. And here's more evidence to back it up ... Sandra's rep confirmed to Life & Style magazine that Sandra and Ryan's soon-to-be ex-wife SCARLETT JOHANSSON actually had dinner together this past weekend!!!

Said their source, "She didn't want anything to get in the way of their friendship. They've always gotten along so Sandra explained exactly how she felt about the whole Ryan situation. There is no awkwardness between Sandra and Scarlett."

ROMANCE REPORT: 1.)  If we’re to believe E! Online, things between KIM KARDASHIAN and New York Nets baller Kris Humphries are getting serious. How serious? E! reports the pair was spotted house-hunting in New York's Chelsea neighborhood Tuesday morning, that’s how serious. A source told E!, "A move to Manhattan will bring him closer to Brooklyn, and he wants to live with Kim, too."

2.)  Rumors first printed in US magazine that KENDRA and hubby Hank Baskett are heading towards splitsville have dogged the pair for months, despite their denials. CELEBRITY COURT: 1.) Halle Berry's one time beau, Gabriel Aubry, has filed legal papers to ensure that he's the biological father of two-year-old daughter Nahla, even though the now-split couple haven't had any problems sharing custody so far.

TMZ reports that Aubry was concerned that things might start getting rocky, and since he and Halle have no written agreement, he wanted to secure his place in the little girl's life.

2.) MOTLEY CRUE singer VINCE NEIL *will* do time. Vince is expected to accept a plea deal in his DUI case at a hearing next Wednesday.

Vince was arrested last June with a blood alcohol level that was nearly three times the legal limit. As part of the deal, he's agreeing to serve 15 days behind bars, and another 15 days under house arrest. He'll begin his term on or before February 15th.

3.) David Cassidy's DUI hearing in Florida was postponed yesterday when he didn't show. The judge in the case expects him to plead guilty or no contest, and to sentence him on February 16th.

SHOWBIZ QUICKIES: 1.) Bradley Cooper's father Charles, died on Saturday morning after a long illness. Cooper's girlfriend, Renee Zellweger, pulled out of the Golden Globes at the last minute to be with him.

2.) Barbara Hershey and Naveen Andrews have rekindled their romance, according to Us magazine. The couple, who first began dating in 1998, split amicably early last year.
