WATCH: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Takes a Football to the Head, Handles It Like a Pro

Talk about taking one for the team… LITERALLY!!

During Sunday’s Cowboys-Commanders game, Dallas Cowboys rookie cheerleader Michelle Siemienowski found herself in the middle of an unplanned highlight reel. 

While hyping up fans on the sidelines, she took a surprise hit to the back of the head—courtesy of Cowboys kicker Brandon Aubrey’s wayward football.

In the video, Michelle’s dance routine came to an abrupt halt as the football struck her, sending her to the ground.

But proving she’s made of tougher stuff than most, Michelle popped right back up as teammates and staff rushed to her side. A quick breather, a sip of water, and a brave smile later, she was back in action, even joking about the incident. (Honestly, I would've cried like a baby so good for her!!)

Michelle took to Instagram after the game to assure fans she was okay

She captioned a clip of the moment,

“Cry now, laugh later!” 

After I saw this viral clip, I couldn’t help but think about a scene from the classic “Brady Bunch” sitcom. You know which scene I’m talking about. Marcia’s brother’s are playing football and Marcia accidentally gets hit in the face with a football and screams, “MY NOSE!” 

Well, thankfully Michelle didn’t get hit in the face or else it probably would’ve been a completely different story!
