Concordia Cemetery To Host Rare Lock In Ghost Tour Investigation

Are you brave enough to take a ghost tour around El Paso's Concordia Cemetery while 'locked-in'?

Take part in a rare lock-in ghost tour hosted by the Concordia Heritage Association in July.

Concordia Cemetery is notoriously haunted, and if you've never walked among its tombstones at night, it's terrifying, especially when you learn about all the unexplainable activity that occurs often.

Steeped in history and dating back to the mid-1850s, Concordia Cemetery under the Spaghetti Bowl is estimated to hold over 60,000 gravesites with many Buffalo Soldiers, Chinese railroad workers, Freemasons, and the burial place of old west lawmen and several gunslingers including John Wesley Hardin.

The area is infamously known to be a hot spot for the paranormal and is said to be visited by sinister Satanists who practice their evil works, mainly because of the cemetery's ties to Richard Ramirez, aka the Night Stalker.

Another curious haunted tale is that of a shadow man that is said to roam the grounds at Concordia Cemetery. Some folks refer to these apparitions as shadow people or shadow beings.

Some say they may be ghosts, an evil entity, time travelers, interdimensional beings, or perhaps aliens, but whatever you want to call them, they remain a mystery to this day.

Coming up in July, the public will have a chance to investigate Concordia Cemetary when the Concordia Heritage Association hosts a rare lock-in ghost tour at one of Texas's most haunted and historic cemeteries.

Explore areas not accessible on ghost tours across 52 acres, especially where 'unseen hands leave dusty prints on clothing' and many more hot spots around the cemetery if you dare.

Attendees are also encouraged to bring their ghost-hunting tech to see what paranormal activity they can capture.
