Chris Brown In Nine-Hour Standoff With Police, Rants on Instagram

Chris Brown was arrested yesterday after an hours long standoff with the Los Angeles Police Department at his home in Tarzana, California.

The drama all started when a woman called 911 claiming he pointed a gun at her “in a violent rage” after one of Brown’s friends was showing off some bling and allegedly didn’t like the way she was admiring the jewelry.

It’s a long, convoluted story with a lot of he-said-she-said and nah-uh-uh-huh. TMZ is probably your best bet if you want up-to-the-minute-updates.

Anyway, when LAPD got there they were told to get a search warrant resulting in a 9 hour standoff. While they waited to gain legal entry, Breezy hit up Instagram with several expletive-filled rants.

Brown's lawyer eventually convinced him to surrender and Chris was taken in and charged with suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
