Citizens can bring up to 100 pounds or 3 bags or boxes per person of confidential documents which may include:

Old tax returns
Canceled or voided checks
Credit card or bank statements
Pay stubs
Used airlines tickets
Medical and dental records
Anything with your name and social security number

While services are free donations are encouraged with funds collected benefitting the BBB’s Foundation, which educate our community concerning ethics and best consumer and business marketplace practices.
