Do Mermaids Exist?

I watched the show Mermaid: Body Found on the Discovery Channel a few days ago and was captivated by what I was watching.

They were talking about a boy finding a live mermaid on a beach in Washington State, another half mutilated body found inside a great white shark in Africa and all I kept thinking was “Wow, really?”

Well, I hate to break it to you but the show was a complete fabrication. The show uses some real events but its mostly scientific theory which means that it’s not real.

Mermaids or no mermaids – it was all in all extremely intriguing to just think for a moment that they could exist!
