An Eatery In Vegas Is Serving Up El Paso & Juarez Inspired Eats
The next time you find yourself in Las Vegas craving some local flavor, make sure to stop by Juarez El Paso Border Food for some hometown-inspired eats.
I recently came across a post talking about a restaurant in Las Vegas serving up tortas, hotdog burgers, Chico's-style flautas, Menudo, burritos and much more inspired by the borderland.
Juarez El Paso Border Food is a family-owned business that opened in 2009 when the owner, born and raised in Juarez and El Paso, Texas, moved to Las Vegas and decided to open up a restaurant featuring homemade family recipes.
It's no secret that El Paso is home to some of the most authentic Mexican cuisine around. But, of course, we El Pasoans already know what celebrity chefs and the rest of the world are barely discovering; El Paso and Juarez's Mexican restaurants serve up some seriously delicious Mexican cuisine.
