Pier 1 Imports plans on liquidating all of its remaining stores this year including all three stores in El Paso.

The home furnishing and décor store Pier 1 Imports, will be closing its doors after 58 years in business.

Even before the novel coronavirus pandemic closed businesses down across the globe, Pier 1 Imports was already struggling as a retailer. As its retail performance continued to struggle amidst the widespread virus – the retailer finally succumbed after an unsuccessful bankruptcy reorganization. As of this past Friday taking advantage of the Memorial Day weekend, going-out-of-business sales began.

Now that retails stores are slowly reopening with safety precautions in place in compliance with COVID 19 guidelines – Pier 1 Imports will be concentrating on liquidating all of its remaining stores.

Sadly the three remaining El Paso stores too will close its doors but not before it sells everything in stock with some pretty good clearance deals.

El Paso Locations:

  • Las Palmas Marketplace - 1327 George Dieter Dr. Suite D, El Paso, TX 79936
  • The Fountains at Farah - 8889 Gateway Blvd W Ste 570, El Paso, TX 79925
  • Sunland Park Mall - 730 Sunland Park Dr Mesa, Sunland Park Dr, El Paso, TX 79912

As we say goodbye to the dreamy household furnishing and décor store we can still at least hit it up one last time on-site or online and take advantage of its closeout clearance sales. I logged on to the store's website and found the following sales that are too good to miss out on such as bedding, furniture, and kitchenware.
