These 6 Places Should Have a ‘No Loud Kids’ Policy—And Texans Would Totally Agree!
El Paso Parents: Do we have to take our kids absolutely everywhere? According to this list the answer is, NO!
The other night, I was out at a restaurant, enjoying a nice dinner, when a kid at the next table started getting real excited about something—loud giggles, a few happy shrieks that even made me jump a bit, but the mom in me wasn’t bugged about his loudness, But the couple sitting nearby? Oh, they were not having it. I could literally feel their frustration from across the room as they exchanged side-eyes and such dramatic sighs in hopes of the parents hearing them and quieting their kid.
That moment got me thinking—while I personally don’t mind a little kid chaos (to a certain extent) there are definitely places where a full-volume meltdown just doesn’t belong. And let’s be real, sometimes we all wish certain spots had a “No Loud Kids Allowed” policy (or at least a volume control button).
This subject reminded me of a video I saw where a bride is currently going viral for sharing a video from her wedding, where a crying baby completely overpowered the couple’s vows.
But the real kicker? The parents refused to take the baby outside because they had “driven 10 hours for this event.”

So, with that in mind, here are five places where kids probably shouldn’t be allowed—or at least, where parents should be required to carry a remote with a mute button.
