$100,000 Powerball Ticket Sold in New Mexico Along With Nine $50,000 Tickets

New Mexico seems to be getting big winnings in the recent Powerball jackpot. Just last Saturday a construction worker from Loving, NM won $2 Million dollars and now Powerball officials are saying 10 winning tickets were sold in New Mexico.

It may not be $1.5 Billion dollars but someone in New Mexico has a $100,000 winning Powerball ticket in their hands. Powerball officials are saying that 160,000 tickets from New Mexico won some sort of cash payout. The biggest obviously being one ticket with $100,00 in winnings.

Also, at least nine other tickets from New Mexico have winnings of $50,000. Winning numbers for the Powerball on January 13th were 4, 8 ,19, 27 and 34 with a Powerball number of 10.
