Meet El Paso’s 1st Baby of 2013 [PHOTO]

Isabella Tapia gets the distinction of being the first baby born in El Paso in 2013. According to the El Paso Times, Isabella was born at 53 seconds into the new year and weighed six pounds fourteen ounces. To celebrate her arrival, Sierra Medical East awarded her parents a gift basket filled with swaddle blankets, booties and other baby items. Welcome to the word, Isabella!
