Man Kills His Stepfather with Atomic Wedgie

An Oklahoma man is being charged with killing his step-father by giving him an "atomic wedgie." If you've ever been on the receiving end of one, you know they're not pleasant but who would’ve ever thought one could kill you?!

Anyway, here's how it happened: 33-year-old Brad Davis showed up at Denver St. Clair’s house in McLoud, Oklahoma last month and they immediately started fighting. It's not clear what started the fight, but Davis had previously accused Denver of domestic abuse. During the scuffle, Davis grabbed Denver's underwear, yanked them up over his head -- and according to the coroner -- the blunt force trauma of the wedgie coupled with asphyxiation from being strangled by the waistband led to Denver's death.

According to the newspaper The Oklahoman, Davis is claiming St. Clair attacked him, and that the wedgie was given in self-defense. The death has been ruled a homicide.
