I'm a guy who enjoys great food. Whether it's home-cooked or out on the town, a delicious meal hits the spot. From barbecue to chili, Texas has some of the best food and drink out there. I think that's one of the reasons food trucks are so popular nowadays. Texans know good food.

But not just any food. The Lone Star State has its own flavors we call our own. After all, I've never heard of too many northerners sitting down to a plate of calf fries or rattlesnake. It's a Texas thing. But where does it all start? I've come up with a list of 32 different foods that Texans live by. How many of these have you eaten? For an added twist, add one point for every item and see how many points you end up with. Are you a True Blue Texan?
