Workforce Solutions Boderplex will be holding their largest hiring event of the summer on July 15 and they are looking for 50 employers to participate.

The COVID-19 pandemic has put a premium on virtual interactions and Workforce Solutions Borderplex is adapting their hiring fair in order to keep up with the reality of what is safe and necessary now while also continuing to work towards matching employment candidates with area businesses.

July’s event will be online and designed in a way to facilitate technology with human interaction by incorporating features such as an “Interactive Hiring Room” which allows for meetings between prospective employees and companies so that they can review resumes and applications in real time.

Job seekers will be able to log in and visit these hiring rooms through their devices, whether it be their phone, tablet, or computer.  Any activity in the Interactive Hiring Room will then be tracked and made available to employers.

Space is limited for the July 15 hiring fair and will be capped at 50 employers located within El Paso, Hudspeth, and other regional counties.
