Vote For El Paso Rhinos To Help Win The Kraft Hockeyville USA Competition

Our El Paso Rhinos have made it to the final four of the Kraft Hockeville USA Competition and they need our help to win this weekend!

Congratulations to the El Paso Rhinos for being named one of the four finalists in the Kraft Hockeyville USA Competition coming up this weekend. The winner will be determined by the community showing the most enthusiastic support for their program.

If El Paso scores the Kraft Hockeville USA Competition win, it could mean $150,000 in rink upgrades. Winning this distinct honor would translate into such a huge opportunity our entire community as a whole - greatly improving our facility, not only for the Rhinos but also for our youth and adult hockey programs in the region, as well as public ice-skating.

El Paso is one of four competing cities which also includes:

• East Grand Forks Civic Center in East Grand Forks, Minnesota
• Wichita Ice Center in Wichita, Kansas
• Wildcat Centre Arena in River Falls, Wisconsin

These four finalists communities will each receive funds for rink upgrades from Kraft Heinz, with the winning community awarded $150,000 for rink improvements. The First runner up will receive $30,000 in rink upgrades while the other 2 will each receive $10,000 in rink upgrades. The NHLPA Goals & Dreams fund will also donate $10,000 worth of new hockey equipment to each of the four finalist communities.

• The national voting event will take place for 28-hours only so time is of the essence
• Voting opens on Saturday, August 29 at 5 a.m.
• Voting closes on Sunday, August 30 at 9 a.m.
