This Texas Burger Joint Only Sells One Thing And That’s the Whole Point
There’s something kind of bold, Texan, even, about a restaurant that only serves one burger. Not a menu with a burger. Not a dozen options. Just one burger. One gloriously beefy, cheesy, loaded-up Texas Wagyu burger.

And that’s exactly what’s going down in Fort Worth with the arrival of NADC Burger, a no-frills, high-flavor spot opening inside Big Laugh Comedy Club at 604 Main St. #100.
NADC stands for “Not A Damn Chance”, and if you’re wondering what the name means, it’s basically the vibe you get when someone asks for substitutions. This isn’t your build-your-own-burger kind of place. It's more of a “sit down, shut up, and enjoy perfection” kind of place. Respectfully.
Born in Austin, Built for Texas
The concept started as a walk-up window in Austin, the kind of late-night idea that sticks because it tastes that good. Co-founded by Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee (of Sushi by Scratch and Pasta Bar) and professional skateboarder and Fort Worth local Neen Williams, NADC is the kind of burger joint born out of backyard hangouts and elevated taste buds.
Now, Fort Worth becomes the fifth Texas location (and the eighth overall), and this one’s extra special because it’s right in Neen’s hometown.

The Burger. Just the One.
Let’s talk about what you can order:
One burger: Texas Wagyu double patty, American cheese, sauce, onion, pickles, and a spice blend made by Williams’ own NADC spice company. That’s it. That’s the whole thing. And yes, it’s $16.
Fries cooked in Wagyu beef fat, available plain or “loaded” with cheese, pickles, jalapeños, and the same signature sauce.
No chicken sandwich. No salad. No regrets.
“We keep it simple and focus on delivering a damn good burger and fries,” says Lee. “Our menu is intentionally straightforward... It’s all about quality, flavor, and a welcoming vibe.”

More Than Just a Meal
What makes the Fort Worth spot especially interesting is its home inside Big Laugh Comedy Club. You can grab your burger at the counter, chill in the community dining room, belly up to the 20-seat bar, or eat at your table mid-laugh during a live show. Comedy runs nightly, with as many as eight shows on the weekends.
Even cooler? The restaurant features a rotating local artist gallery, so you're supporting Texas talent while getting your hands greasy.
NADC Burger is open 11:30 a.m. to midnight daily, making it the perfect pre-show, post-show, or “I-just-need-a-damn-good-burger-right-now” meal.
Texas is burger country, and NADC is staking its claim without the fluff. Just pure, juicy, nostalgic, backyard burger bliss, done the Fort Worth way.
