The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park To Officially Open This Week

In 2017, plans were announced to completely renovate the historic Plaza Hotel in Downtown El Paso and turn it into something spectacular.  After a comprehensive gutting of the iconic hotel’s interior, the reborn and now renamed Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park is finally ready for to be officially unveiled this week.

As reported by KTSM, a ribbon cutting ceremony will be streamed Facebook and Instagram on Wednesday, June 17 at 10 a.m.  After the ribbon cutting ceremony, there will be a tour showcasing what the newly renovated hotel has to offer and showcasing the Ámbar Restaurante located in the lobby.  Later this fall, the Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park will be pulling the curtain back on its rooftop bar and restaurant, La Perla.
