Monday night's 'Fail Mary' call was apparently what it took to finally convinced the NFL that replacement refs was a bad idea. After "a day of marathon negotiations," NFL commissioner Roger Goodell confirmed that the real refs will be back on the field starting with tonight's Ravens/Browns game.

The tentative eight-year deal will be ratified over the next two days, and it sounds like the bad call heard 'round the world got them a pretty good deal. Their current pension plan will remain in place for five years before switching to a 401(k)-like contribution plan, plus they'll get a four-percent raise, along with 2. 5 million to split amongst themselves to make up for the games they missed this year.
