USA Today is currently voting on their 10 Best of everything in the country and when it comes to Rodeos, Texas takes the top spot! The voting is still happening for lots of different categories but a few have selected winners already, and you know the winners for Best Rodeo are gonna favor the Southwest pretty heavily.
