Leading the pack is Austin, landing a steamy #9. Next up, we have Houston sizzling at #13. Dallas gets a nod at #81, and San Antonio rounds out the list at #87. This study considered five hot categories: naked biking popularity, cyclist-friendliness, nudist-friendliness, climate, and safety. Turns out, the Lone Star State knows how to turn up the heat!
