Attorney Brian Loncar Found Dead in Dallas

One of the most recognized personal injury trial attorneys in Texas has died.

WFAA reports that Dallas-based attorney Brian Loncar was found dead early Sunday morning.  Loncar’s death comes just days after the funeral for one of his children. 16 year-old daughter, Grace Loncar, committed suicide on November 25^th after battling depression for several years. The Booker T. Washington High School junior was laid to rest on December 2^nd.

The Dallas Morning News reports that police were called to Loncar’s offices in the 400 block of Cesar Chaves Blvd. early Sunday morning. His body was taken to Baylor Medical Center.  No further details on his cause of death have been released.

Loncar’s law firm was founded in 1988 has numerous offices across the state, including an office in El Paso. He billed himself as ‘The Strong Arm’ in a series of commercials that have aired in El Paso for years.
