We are getting ready for Taste of El Paso and I hope you’re prepared for the deliciousness that is about to be handed to you and this amazing event. Taste of El Paso is coming up for one night this year, Nov. 12 at the Convention Center, doors open at 5 p.m. for cocktail hour.

I got to take a visit to Tabla to get a little preview of what we are in store for during Taste of El Paso, I was blown away. I had never been to Tabla and now I can't wait to go back. At this year's Taste of El Paso, Tabla will be serving stone cooked rabbit with caramelized Hatch red chile. This succulent dish is served with winter greens, various squash and grilled veggies. It was one of the best things I have ever tasted.
