Chihuahua Wins 2011 World's Ugliest Dog Award: The 23rd annual World's Ugliest Dog award was handed out over the weekend at the Sonoma Marin Fair in California.

Last week, 20-year-old Deshon Marman, a football player from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, was arrested at San Francisco International Airport for refusing to pull his pants up. He was sagging his pants down around his thighs and US Airways staff told him he couldn't fly like that.
