Opening inside the all-new WestStar Tower in downtown El Paso, Sushi Itto plans to unveil a whole new and elevated Japanese dining experience.

Since 2016 Sushi Itto has expanded to over 150 locations across Mexico, including Cd. Juarez and now El Pasoans will get a taste when its first location opens in the Sun City later this spring, early summer.

Located on the corner of the WestStar Tower facing E. Missouri and N. Oregon, Sushi Itto will be accessible from the ground floor of Hunt Plaza every day of the week and plans to stay open late until 2 a.m. on weekends.

Patrons of Sushi Itto can expect 100+ occupancy, a bar area, hibachi-style dining, and a one-of-a-kind Omakase culinary dining experience where patrons can enjoy a custom-made seasonal and elegant meal curated by the house chef.

Sushi Itto will also offer an outdoor patio, green space, competitive prices, and menu options ranging from polished casual dining to fine dining in a relaxed modern atmosphere.

As far as their menu, Sushi Itto will serve up everything from steaks, chicken, pasta, soups, and of course sushi and sashimi along with vegan and gluten-free options, as well as a fully stocked bar featuring wine, whiskey, and innovative mocktails.

With its new and very first U.S location based out of El Paso, Sushi Itto is already looking to the future with plans to expand with a new location in San Antonio within the next couple of years.

Sushi Itto will be the first eatery located inside WestStar, followed by a few other restaurants planning to open later throughout the year, giving El Paosans diverse options when dining out in downtown El Paso, and we can hardly wait for each to open.
