Taste of El Paso Preview – Ripe Eatery

Today I had the privilege to visit Ripe Eatery! Oh my was it a treat! So delicious and an amazing atmosphere! We spoke with Chef Leann about what they will be serving up at this years Taste of El Paso.

As soon as you walk in to Ripe Eatery you feel the difference in ambience from any other restaurant in El Paso. Such a great place for any type of outing, from a brunch with the family to a night out with the girls!

We spoke with Chef Leann and she told us they are very excited to show El Paso a way to think outside of the box when it comes to food. This year at Taste of El Paso, Ripe Eatery will be serving a house-made sausage with chicory salad, whole grain mustard, and a beer vinaigrette alongside marble rye. What an amazing dish! Totally different, it's going to amaze your tastebuds!
