How It Works:

The live public auction will sell each classroom lot sold to the highest bidder. Bids are taken for all the items inside the classroom as a whole and not per furniture piece. However, if there are extra pieces, they will sell them per item. Open bids can start at about $100 and go up depending on how many people are in attendance and how much the bidding war ups the price.
