Pet CPR and First Aid Course Available This Weekend in El Paso

Pet CPR and First Aid training will be available this weekend all thanks to the folks out at EPK9 Stay and Play.

EPK9 Stay and Play will be offering Pet First Aid and CPR course which will encompass training in various emergency scenarios such as shock, bleeding, fractures, poisoning, drowning, and much more pet related health emergency situations including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

The CPR certification training program course will be conducted by the Allied Health Center following the latest ASHI Curriculum. The course is expected to run for about an hour and a half and will go over how to properly apply CPR methods like breathing techniques, chest compression and pulse check because if you attempt to perform CPR on your pet without proper training you can end up causing more damage instead of alleviating the problem.

The course will take place this weekend and admission is $35 (first come, first serve) – tickets can be purchased in advance HERE.
