New Scenic Sundays Schedule Changes for Winter Weather

For El Pasoans who usually like to bike or stroll Scenic Drive on Sundays, the fall schedule has been released.

The City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department will change the hours for Scenic Sundays from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. for the winter.

The popular roadway that cuts along the southern slope of the Franklin Mountains is closed to vehicles on Sunday mornings between Wheeling and Robinson Avenues to promote outdoor recreational activities, such as running, biking, skateboarding or walking the path.
