Raising Cane’s is opening a new location right by UTEP and hospitals in west El Paso.

The new location for Raising Cane’s will be the corner of Mesa St. and Blanchard right across the street from Taco Bell and Johnny Rockets.

This will be the third location for the chicken franchise which already has two other locations in El Paso, one on Zaragosa and the other which just opened a few months ago at the Fountains at Farah.

Raising Cane’s was founded by Todd Graves in Baton Rouge back in the late ‘90s and serves up fresh, never frozen chicken finger meals along with their famous Cane’s sauce, thick-sliced sesame seeded bread, coleslaw, and their freshly brewed tea or hand squeezed lemonade.

The new location is still under construction but keep a look out because before you know it the west side will soon have it’s very own Raising Cane’s giving us more options when it comes to deciding what to eat for lunch.
