New Restaurant Preview — Peking Express in Kern Area is Chinese Delight [MENU]

Making our way around the UTEP area and we ran into a new place in town, Peking Express. The food was great, the service was speedy, and such a convenient location, right across from the Don Haskins center, next to Chipotle, is in walking distance for UTEP students.

The hot and sour soup was amazing and highly recommended by the staff. Their vast menu ranges from vegetarian standards to specialized Chinese dishes. Each of the lunch specials costs around $6 and comes with rice, an egg roll, soup and tea, if you dine in. The dining room is large, spacious, and very clean. Be prepared to eat heartily when you arrive as the portions are huge.
