Black Friday, you either hate it or love it. Sometime in between the angry Walmart shoppers and standing outside of Best Buy for 2 hours, I realized I hate it.

I am still kicking myself for agreeing to go with my boyfriend and his cousins to the Doorbuster deals at Walmart on Thanksgiving evening. I already hate shopping as it is but I love great deals since I am a broke college student.

We arrived about 6:30 p.m. to wait in line for a PS3 and I sacrificed myself to wait for the PS3 games and PS3 controllers. Luckily, the Walmart employees announced that the lines we were waiting in were useless and once it was 8:00 p.m. this would become a free-for-all, so my boyfriend took my place in line.

As the employees began to cut the tape from the two bright red cardboard displays that held all the games and controllers, people started to push other shoppers. One cop thought that no one would question her authority and decided to stay in the middle. Once the tape was completely cut off I think she realized that she made a big mistake.

The crowd of people rushed the two displays cases, tossing games up in the air and even jumping over people and landing on the top of the displays. I was a few feet away hoping nothing would happen to my boyfriend and then I heard a taser.

I'm only 5'1.  I was consumed by the crowd of people and couldn't see anything. I was honestly so afraid of what was going to happen so I ran out to stand on one of the shelves to see If I could see what was going on. This man in a cowboys jersey was being tasered by the time I found a sturdy shelf to stand on. I couldn't believe the cops would actually taser customers. Unfortunately, I don't know the reason why he was tasered.

My night continued running from store to store dealing with rookie cashiers, long lines, frustrated employees and the cold night. I finally was able to get home and sleep about 6:00 a.m. only to wake up again about 10:00 a.m. to return to shopping.

I'm only running on 4 hours of sleep and I didn't even get some of the deals I wanted. I officially hate Black Friday but do still love great deals. I know I'm probably not the only one with some crazy stories from Black Friday so share your stories! I really need to know I'm not the only one who had a horrible experience.

This video was posted on El Paso 411's Facebook page courtesy of Cindy Delrio and I know this is video from the same Walmart I was at Thanksgiving night. I totally remember the employee in the beginning of the video. She kept yelling for people to let her out before they finished cutting the tape off from the displays. If you listen closely, I think you can hear the sound of the tasers!
