There is no more special time in a girl’s life than prom. The excitement of getting the perfect dress is something she'll remember for the rest of her life. But what happens if you can’t afford a dress? The Montwood High School Student Council has helped out girls who couldn’t afford to buy a dress for the last three years with their Operation Prom store. This year, they are helping out again, but they need you to make the store a reality.

Beginning on April 2nd, girls who can’t afford a new prom dress and accessories will be able to browse the racks and choose their dream dress for free. Here’s where you come in.

If you have a gently worn, prom-worthy dress, please donate it to the Montwood Operation Prom store. You can drop off your dress and accessories at the school from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. You could help make some young girl’s dream prom come true with a dress that’s hanging in your closet right now.

Where: Montwood High School, 12000 Montwood Dr.
When: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday
