KISS-FM's Letters From Home Project

Please join me and KISS-FM in celebrating Veterans Day this year by helping us collect letters for deployed soldiers.

Being a veteran myself, I can honestly say it felt pretty good to know that there are people, who would take a few minutes out of their day to say thanks or just fill you in on where they are from and what they do. It reminds soldiers of what they're fighting for and what they have waiting back home.

All letters will be collected here at the station and sent at two different dates. The first date will be sent on Friday the 15th. The second will be December 1st. The letters will be sent to different units in Afghanistan and distributed to troops by soldiers I was once deployed with.
