La Bodega Snacks In Northeast El Paso Is The Go To Summer Snack Spot

El Pasoans, I have to share one of my guilty pleasures with you. I went to a lil spot in the Northeast on a date recently and I have been going back consistently for months now. The relationship may not have lasted, but the frozen treat I found makes up for it tenfold! Seriously though, if you've never had a Chamango from La Bodega Snacks, you need to take a cruise down Dyer on a hot day and cool down with a cup of sour mango deliciousness.

La Bodega Snacks actually has a bunch of stuff to offer, but it really is heavy on snack foods so the name ain’t a lie! You want sweet frozen treats to beat the summer heat?? THEY GOT YOU! Need some savory flavor and extra snacks for later??? You came to the right El Paso spot, my friend.

That's actually the best part about this Mexican snack stop, it has so much variety!! There are different kinds of sweet snacks that all vary from ice cream to frozen fruits and even WHOLE PINEAPPLES carved open and covered in tajin and chamoy and filled with spicy Mexican candy. Have you ever had a Gansi-Split, like a banana split but with Gansitos pastries? You want crepes covered in churros and oreo ice cream? Tryna eat healthy so you want a pepino split with frozen fruit instead of ice cream!? Well you can get it all here.

Hold on though, cause I already know there are a bunch of you with no sweet tooth, you have your nose up in the air like ‘nah I don't want any of this!!’ Calm down, I got you. 

La Bodega Snacks also specializes in the savory, salty, spicy, crunchy snacks for everyone who prefers a bag of Lays potato chips covered in lime and hot sauce more than a churro any day. For you, my salty friends, they have everything from flautas and ceviche and multiple different kinds of hot corn all the way to snack platters I haven't seen anywhere else. For real, they got basic corn on the cob and regular elote but then they go crazy and start making things like Elote Chorreado which is like Elote but chips and dip style. Maybe you like cutting a bag of chips open and loading that mother up with as many ingredients as possible?
