The "fyre" still burns. But this time, it's going for celebrities.

It's been more than two years since the major Fyre Festival that never took place. What could possibly be considered one of the most interesting marketing campaigns for a new music festival experience is now being charged for recovering the costs of loss payments.

Major celebrity influencers who took part of the marketing campaign such as Kendall Jenner, Emily Ratajkowski and more are being sued according to court documents obtained by E! Online. Artists such as Blink 182, Lil Yachty, Migos and Pusha T who were deemed to be part of the lineup were also hit with court documents filed by Fyre Festival's event trustee Gregory Messor at New York's Bankruptcy Court.

Messer claims Jenner referenced Kanye West's label, G.O.O.D. Music Family, and "did not indicate that she was paid to promote the festival, 'intentionally led certain members of the public and ticket purchasers to believe' the rapper was performing. With a single post on the event, Jenner was paid $275,000.

Meanwhile, model Emily Ratajkowski was hit with a complaint for not disclosing her reception of payment of $299,000 for her one social media post. Artists on the lineup were paid within the range of $350,000 to $750,000.
