On August 28, 2016, just hours before his slated performance at a sold-out Don Haskins Center in El Paso, TX, Juan Gabriel, the most prominent Latin artist of the past 40 years known as El Divo de Juárez, passed away.

Since Gabriel’s death, one of his homes, Casa Victoria, located on Avenida Lerdo in North Juarez, has been turned into a museum where thousands of his fans have flocked to visit.

Since his death, famed Mexican paranormal investigator Alberto del Arco investigated Juan Gabriel’s mansion for the first time.

In the 10th episode of Actividad Paranormal, the paranormal team investigates the lavish and eccentric mansion where according to its caretaker, is haunted by the restless spirit of his former boss. Reported accounts include constant flickering lights, noises, whispers, and other weird incidents occurring at the eerie home.

Juan Gabriel initially bought the home for his mother in the mid-70s, and after his mother’s death, the house became a sanctuary for Gabriel as a means to ground himself away from the celebrity life.

The home’s value is unknown, but the marble throughout the mansion alone has an estimated value of at least half a million dollars.

The mansion is undoubtedly unique and different, housing a vast music collection, portraits, and ceiling to floor murals of the late singer, along with multiple mirrored panels and closet doors, including a Disco Ball-inspired bathroom.

As the team walks around the home, creepy faces appear in some of the mirrors – precisely at the 6:12 time mark.

Then, it gets intense.

8:39 – Music begins to play, and the team starts to look for the source of the audio and find a broken music box

12:44 – The crew breaks out with the Spirit Box - This is where it gets super creepy, and there is a conversation exchange between the paranormal investigator and the entity.

13:04 – Entity: “Quien” / “Who”

             Investigator – “Who’s here?”

13:11 – Entity: “Los Hombres” / “The Men”

13:26 – Entity: “Mama” / “Mom”

13:32 – Entity: “Por favor no sigas agui” / “Don’t continue being here.”

Investigator – “Why don’t you want us here?”

13:49 – Entity: “Los dos” / “You two”

13:50 – Entity: “Idiotas” / “Idiots”

             Investigator: “Who are you?”

14:02 – Entity: “Es un imbecil” / “He’s an imbecil “

14:09 – A door slams, and another creepy face appears

14:40 – The Spirit Box goes haywire and shuts down

Haunted or not, Juan Gabriel was a magnanimous personality whose energy enveloped all those who came near him. I do not doubt that even in death, his dynamic spirit is probably still hanging around one of his favorite and most cherished dwellings; his beloved home in Juárez, Chihuahua.
