Not be outdone, Mega Millions, the other multi-state lottery game available in Texas has just confirmed via the Texas Lottery that it has produced a Texas millionaire based on the results of Tuesday night's drawing.

Mega Millions fans in Texas went into Tuesday night knowing the game's jackpot was estimated to be just over $330 million. When the ping pong balls dropped on Tuesday the Mega Millions drawing suggested the top prize was in fact, $331 million.

Speaking of Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing, here is how that looked.

The numbers we observed rolling out of the hopper were:

19   23   30   33  50   Megaball 25   Megaplier x2

Use those numbers for reference but please do verify your tickets at either the Official Mega Millions Website or the Official Texas Lottery Website. Those sites allow you to check multiple tickets at once and can verify prize winnings. You can also find information on how to redeem your prizes via either of those websites.

Here's an interesting observation from Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing, two of the numbers, 30 and 33, were both winning numbers in Monday's Powerball. Those who study numbers might find that "coincidence" intriguing.

We do know that in addition to the one million dollar winner on Tuesday the Mega Millions game also was responsible for two $10,000 winning tickets, ten tickets earned a prize of $1,000 and another thirty-three tickets can lay claim to a prize of $500.
