American Urban Legends are a thing.

Do you remember how old you were when you realized stories like Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood and Goldie Locks were originally very scary stories to keep children from misbehaving?

Well this one, the Black Eyed Kids is a cautionary tale for PARENTS!

Oh you thought it was a good bedtime story for kids? No no, no... this is a cautionary tale for parents who never tell their children NO!

I mean you could terrorize your kids telling them the legend of the Black Eyed Kids, if you want to give your kids nightmares. For life.

Wait, you've neve heard of the Black Eyed Kids?

Oh well then,  sit up in your bed then and I'll tell you all about it.

According to the urban legend, Black Eyed Children, who have been spotted in Texas HUNDREDS OF TIMES, will always start their terrorizing of adults by approaching you with their beady little black eyes and while you are trying to figure them out, they ask you for something . Over and over and over again.

Sigh.

If you are a parent, this whole scenario is going to seem a litle too familiar.

But here is the catch, the Black Eyed Kids will not stop asking you for something until you give them a very firm NO and you run away. Very far away, where they can no longer SEE YOU WITH THEIR BEADY LITTLE BLACK EYES!

Parents, does this still sounds familiar? LOL

 We feel you!!!

How many times as a parent have you locked yourself in the bathroom for just a minute of peace and quiet? Exactly.

But also, when was the last time you told your child NO?

Aaaannnddd meant it, by actually sticking to the 'NO' instead of days later giving in because you just wanted them to give you a minute of peace???

Oh those Black Eyed Kids are coming for you!!

Are the Black Eyed kids; demons, spirits, or aliens or worse... your kids!

Just kidding, they can be pretty scary.

Just like this Youtube vide from Nuke's 5 who has actualy film footage over several black eyed kids sightings!!!

DO NOT LET THEM IN! JUST SAY NOOOOOOO!

Happy Halloween Texas!

But pets, pets on the other hand, you can let in, especially if they get spooked easily.
