Massive Swarms of People Are Passionate Invading 1 Tiny TX Town

Twice a year this one Texas town goes from a population of 90 residents to hosting over 200,000 visitors from all over the world!

As fall makes its way to Texas, massive swarms of people with a passion for picking, shopping, bargaining, and decorating were counting  down the days until they could invade the tiny town of Round Top, Texas.

Saturday is the last day of the Fall Round Top Antiques Show and it's going to be big, really big for this 1 tiny Texas town!

So who are all of these people and why are they invading Round Top in the Fall and the Spring?

They are part of my tribe, people with a passion for antiques and oddities.

It's an invasion of the bargain snatchers! 

And it happens in Round Top not once but twice a year!

It's the Round Top Antiques Show and it's nothing short of amazing.

Dubbed a "treasure hunt and a festival of epic proportions", twice a year, once in October and again in March, the fair will often attract 100,000 plus visitors, per season making it not just the largest antique show in Texas but in the nation.

Ya'll to be clear; this is a drone photo of just ONE SECTION of the fair!

You read that right, the largest antique show in the entire United States of America and it's right here in Texas, ya'll.

Bring your wallet. 

Your first time at one of the shows can be overwhelming to say the least, but the more you go, the more you'll know.

I have to miss this fair tomorrow, but I am definetly going in March.

It's open again from March 25th 2024 to March 30th.
