Dutch Bros Coffee To Take Over Stir Soda Shop Location in Victori

Another new business is coming to Victoria! Dutch Bros Coffee has announced it will take over the old Stir Soda Shop Location in Victoria. According to a social media post, Dutch Bros Coffee will convert this existing Stir Soda building into a dedicated Dutch Bros double drive-thru location. I remember when that was just the Walmart parking lot.

Construction to prepare the commercial coffee shop is scheduled to kick off in February 2027, targeting completion by July 2027. The work will include comprehensive interior and exterior modifications to properly retrofit the site for the coffee brand's signature double drive-thru lanes and walk-up service window.

These are the latest new businesses coming to Victoria. Chicken Salad Chick, Cheddar's, and something is currently being worked on at the old Red Lobster location. My question remains: Is Dave's Hot Chicken still coming to Victoria? I hope so. Check out this TikTok by Xavoir, who does an incredible job covering our community.
