Bluebonnet Season Returns with Scenic Drives and Festival Fun in Texas
There’s nothing quite like spring in Texas, especially when the bluebonnets start to bloom. You can catch the Texas state flower in all its glory by taking a drive along the famous Bluebonnet Trails, where miles of countryside come alive with beautiful bluebonnets.
Take a Scenic Drive Through the Bluebonnet Trails
The Bluebonnet Trails offer about 40 miles of scenic roads, giving you plenty of opportunities to take in the views throughout the month of April. Peak bloom is expected from mid to late April, so now is the time to plan a drive and soak up all the beauty of thousands of bluebonnets.

Before heading out, visitors are encouraged to check the trail map online.
