Healthy Labor Day Quick Dessert
Strawberry shortcake kabobs!
These are so easy and oh em gee delish! I tried these on 4th of July and they worked out great! Whether it be for a BBQ or a fun project for the kids at home, they are a sure family pleaser!
It's simple! Go to the store and purchase the premade shortcakes in small packages, a carton of strawberries, some microwavable chocolate and strawberry filling for drizzle!
Cut ans wash the strawberries and cut the shortcakes in small squares, load up onto a kabob stick! Melt the chocolate and get the strawberry drizzle ready. Drizzle the chocolate and strawberry filling and yum! Since they are small portions, it's better then eating a half a cake!
