BIG SEXY: When the newest edition of the Guinness Book of World Records comes out next week, 47 year old Pauline Potter of Sacramento, California will be included as "World's Heaviest Woman”.

Pauline tipped the scales at 643 pounds at the time she was officially weighed for the record book, but tells People magazine she thinks she weighs closer to 700 lbs. today!!! Potter admits the title is "a little degrading" and that people sometimes lean out of their cars, cell phones in hand, to take pictures of her when she passes by, but she hopes it will get her national attention and a doctor will offer to help her lose weight.
