Have You Seen: Easy-Bake Oven Gets a Makeover [PHOTO/VIDEOS]

The Easy-Bake Oven has undergone a makeover: one that … GASP! … doesn’t require a light bulb!!!??? You can thank the federal government for that. The Feds move to phase out the incandescent light bulb prompted the makeover, since compact fluorescent bulbs don't generate enough heat to bake a cake. The Easy-Bake's 11th and latest re-design features a heating element, much like a real oven, comes in purple, and has a curvy design. Hasbro’s Vice President says the changes were made so it would "look more like a real appliance, not just a plastic toy."

My sister had an Easy Bake Oven. And from what I remember, the ‘easy’ part was way overpromised. So what do you think of its new look?
