Gymnast Kalon Ludvigson — Hunk of the Day [PICTURES, VIDEOS]

Twenty-three-year-old gymnast Kalon Ludvigson caught our attention when footage emerged of him competing in the International Gymnastics Federation’s (FIG) World Championship Qualifiers. The Ohio-bred athlete won the Men’s Tumbling title this year and received the silver medal in the competition for his skills on the trampoline.

If there’s one thing to recognize about male gymnasts, it’s that even though they’re sometimes laughed at for performing kart-wheels, they have some of the hottest, most chiseled bodies in the entire world. Ludvigson was sought out by GK Elite Sportswear to model their athletic attire for this reason — and he certainly fills the clothes out nicely.

Wondering how he gets his impeccable body? “A morning workout from 6:30-8:30, which includes cardio, weight training, and sauna,” he told USA Gymnastics. Then, his afternoon consists of conditioning from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., followed by “tumbling from 6-8 [and] another half-hour of conditioning.”
