Hilarious Wig Moment Lands El Paso Family in AFV’s Top 3 Contestants

Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed of having one of my family videos featured on America’s Funniest Home Videos.My family is pretty hilarious (at least I think so), but sadly none of my tapes ever made it past the mailbox.

That’s why I was so excited to hear that an El Paso family did make it on the show and their video was downright precious and for some moms, it can be VERY relateable!

El Paso Mom’s Hilarious Wig Moment Lands on America’s Funniest Home Videos

During a recent episode, host Alfonso Ribeiro mentioned a submission from El Paso, Texas, and of course my ears perked up. The video, submitted by mom Andrea Sutfin, showed her chatting with the camera about getting ready for her in-laws’ visit. She explained she wanted to look nice but couldn’t find her wig.

That’s when her husband finally revealed he knew exactly where it had gone. Andrea turned her camera toward the window, and there was her daughter outside, playing and rocking the wig like it was part of her wardrobe. The moment was so hilarious and relatable that the family made it to the Top 3!

They ultimately took home third place, but honestly, the clip was a total win. Moms everywhere know the struggle that is kids playing with all of mom’s stuff. Shoes, makeup, wigs… you name it. And in this case, Andrea’s little one gave the world a laugh by being just like mom.
