Where to Watch Free Movies Outdoors This Weekend in El Paso

Here’s where the free outdoor movies are at this weekend — weather-permitting, of course. Grab the kids, some snacks, a blanket and some lawn chairs and hit one up.

Friday, August 8

Movies on the Lawn:  "The Incredibles" 8:30 p.m. at Kidd Field on the UTEP Campus. Concessions available or bring your own snacks.

Saturday, August 9

The Doubletree by Hilton presents Saturday Night Movies on the Terrace:  "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom" 8:30 p.m. on the Sunset Terrace located on the 7th floor of Doubletree Hotel, 600 N. El Paso St. in downtown El Paso. Cash bar and dinner menu available, no outside food or drinks allowed.

District 3 Movies Under the Stars:  "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs" 8:30 p.m. at Vista del Valle Park, 1288 Hawkins.

Horizon City Movies in the Park:  "Despicable Me 2" 8:30 p.m. at Corky Corcoran Park, located just off Horizon Boulevard, across from Horizon Star Bakery. Concessions available for purchase or bring your own snacks.
