El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank is going out of their way to make sure those in need of their services but currently quarantined as a result of testing positive for COVID-19 don’t go without by encouraging those families to use their home delivery service.

The food bank began its home delivery service earlier this year as organizations all over El Paso had to rethink how they operate as a result of the pandemic.  Initially the home delivery service was mostly meant to serve those who are disabled or over 60 years of age, but as the number of people required to quarantine increases, they are now providing that service to those families as well.

The demand for the food bank’s home delivery service is currently high so those interested will need to go through an application and pre-registration process and deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 8 am and 2 pm.  Click here to begin the application process or email homedelivery@epfhb.org and call 915-255-5937 for more information.

In order to continue to be able to sustain this service, El Pasoans Fighting Hunger officials are urging community members to donate and continue to support their organization.  Those who would like to donate can do so by clicking here.
